On the table you can see the shrine set up for the funeral. That's my grandfather's picture behind the table. Beside the shrine are two dolls, one male on the right and one female on the left. These represent the males and females of the family, respectively. The table has baskets of fruit set up as offerings to him. In front, there are additional offerings of food, prepared or bought by family members.

The dolls were cremated with the body after the funeral. The shrine was burned as well, along with some " Spirit Money."
